| Day 1 |

Depart for Mulu by late morning or noon flight. Register at Park HQ and
check-in at the Royal Mulu Resort or Park Chalet.

| Day 2 |

(Breakfast, Packed Lunch provided)
Check out of hotel/chalet after breakfast and take a longboat ride to
visit Wind and Clearwater Caves. Enroute stop at the Penan settlement
of Batu Bungan who offer handmade handicrafts for sale.
Enjoy a lunch at the Clearwater Shelter after exploring the Wind and
Clearwater Caves. You can opt to swim in the Clearwater pool (bring
change of clothes and a towel). After lunch continue by boat to Kuala
Litut then trek through virgin equatorial rainforest to Gunung Api Base
Camp (Camp 5) (grade B, 2-3 hrs) where you will stay overnight.
Experience – Longboat ride, more unique limestone formations,
legendary Batu Bungan cliff, rare plant life (orchid), meet the Penan
(some are still hunter-gatherer), jungle trekking, handicrafts.

| Day 3 |

An early breakfast to start the day before commencing a 3-4 hour ascend
to the top of Gunung Api to see the Pinnacles (Grade C with some very
steep sections and climbing with ropes and ladders). 2.5 hours uphill
and 1.5 hours by ropes and ladders to the viewpoint overlooking the
Pinnacles where you will enjoy a lunch with a view unlike any other
before beginning descend down to Camp 5 (3-4 hours) for overnight stay.
Those who opt not to climb can proceed onto the Kerangas Trail (2 hour
trek) or to Melinau Gorge (3-4 hour trek).
Experience: Unique Mulu Pinnacles, mountain climbing challenge, jungle
trekking, unique plant and wild life, or just relax in the cool Melinau
River.

Trek back to Kuala Litut and then take a longboat down to the Mulu
Airport for flight back to Miri.
