Adventure Caving
There's no doubt about it,
adventure caving is fun. Most trips involve squeezing in-between rock
crevices, crawling along the cave floor and wading through streams, all
the while guided by nothing more than the meager light from
torchlights.
Mulu National Park offers
adventure caving trips ranging from relatively easy half-day trips to
full-day expeditions. Some even require overnight stays at jungle
camps. All adventure caving requires a reasonable level of mental and
physical fitness.
Each caving adventure below has been graded by the Royal Geographic
Society (RGS) expedition when the visited the Gunung Mulu National
Park. Some cave passages are very challenging and need good physical
fitness.
