A 30-minute drive from Kuching brings us to a Malay village built
on stilts over the river.
Another 25-minute boat-ride along the
coast of the South China Sea lands at the coastal park with sandy beaches,
accessible by well-marked trails and beautiful cliffs and strange
rock formations.
Almost every type of vegetation in Borneo can be found
here - 25 distinct types of vegetation form seven complete ecosystems.
Explore and easily identify these ecosystems via the jungle trails.
Wildlife experience includes proboscis monkeys, Borneo bearded
pigs, mousedeers, otters, monitor lizards, birds, civet and tarsier.

Explore some of the trails, walk along the beach, swim or sit
back and enjoy scenic viewpoints to being surrounded by the incredible flora and fauna.
In the afternoon,
take the boat back to Bako village and then by land to Kuching.
