Tambunan Rafflesia Centre
Itinerary : Depart to Tambunan Rafflesia Centre ( 60 km ) within Crocker Range Park. Visit the information center. Walk the jungle trails in the cool mountain air ( 1,200 m / 4,000 ft ) to look for largest flower in the world. Lunch at a mountainside restaurant before proceeding to the Tambunan plains and its terraced rice fields for an insight into the rural lifestyle of Sabah. Return to Kota Kinabalu in the mid afternoon. Free until transfer to Kota Kinabalu Airport for flight home. Free till transfer to Kota Kinabalu airport for flight home or extension stay can be arranged.
